Shipping and delivery

What shipping options are available and what are the costs?

We deliver to all EU countries. Shipping costs vary per address and orders are automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders over €50 in the Netherlands and €75 in Belgium and Germany are shipped for free. For large packages a surcharge of €2 applies for extra handling.

Do you also deliver outside the EU?

Yes, that is possible upon request. We will discuss together the shipping costs, excluding VAT and import duties. Feel free to contact us via info@mylittleelephant.com .

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. After shipping, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, it usually takes 1-2 business days.

Ordering, cancelling and returning

Can I still cancel or return my order?

Yes, you can! You can return the package within 14 days after receiving it, as long as everything is unused, whole and in the original packaging. Send me an email with your name and order number at info@mylittleelephant.com , and I'll explain how it works.

How do I care for my rattan toys and decor?

A quick dusting with a dry or slightly damp cloth is enough. Do not wet and avoid aggressive cleaning agents. With a little love, your rattan will last a long time. Also follow me on Instagram (@mylittleelephant_com), where I occasionally share useful tips & tricks!

Are the products safe for young children?

Yes! Our handmade products meet the safety standards for children's toys. We always recommend supervision during play, especially with the little ones. Some products are suitable from a certain age; this is clearly stated.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet, but our packaging is environmentally friendly and chosen with love.

Can I have a product custom made?

Yes, definitely! Send me an email or a DM via Instagram – I would love to think along with you to design something unique that suits you completely. Keep in mind that it takes some time to make and get here in the Netherlands, but then you really have something special.
